Alfred F. Throw, 79

Born and raised in Chicago.  Longtime Lockport resident.  Retired employee for the Chicago Board of Education.  Alfred loved traveling, especially to Las Vegas.  Most of all, Alfred was a devoted husband and father who was always there to help both family and friends.

Preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Doris Throw.

Survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Diana (nee Milewski); loving children, Kathy Grandys, Karen Grandys, John Throw, Megan (Jay) Blocker and Alicia Leitelt; cherished grandchildren, Dean, Lee, April, Haley, Tyler, Aidan, Johniyah, Ashley and Zachary and great-grandchildren, Jeremiah, EJ and Anna; siblings, Lee (Denise) Throw, Dee (Joe) Hawker and Gary (Rhonda) Throw; many nieces and nephews
