Allan M. "AL" Wibiral

Age 76, late of Shorewood passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Born and raised in Chicago, lived in Lockport for over 30 years, and a resident of Shorewood since 2012.

Retired from Providence Catholic High School, New Lenox in 2012 where he was a dedicated teacher for over 40 years. He was an astronomer enthusiast and had his own personal observatory in his yard. He was a kindhearted loving soul and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Aurora Wibiral (2010); and his parents.

Survived by his children, Stacey Wibiral, Jeff Wibiral, and James Bankson; two cherished grandchildren, Haylie and Jacob Bankson; and a sister, Jean (Joe) Farina.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022, in the O'Neil Funeral Home chapel 1105 E. 9 ^th St., Lockport, IL 60441 from 1:00pm until 3:00pm. Following visitation cremation rites will be respectfully addressed.
