Nancy Olivito

Age 83, late of Lockport passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Italy, moved to the United States in 1956 where she lived in Blue Island, South Holland, Homer Glen, and was a resident of the Lago Vista Community in Lockport for the past 6 years.

Nancy and her loving husband Giulio owned and operated Numero Uno Restaurant in Oak Forest for many dedicated years. She loved to cook and garden, but above all else she cherished spending time with her family especially her adored grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents, Pietro and Amalia (Nee: Caraveta); and one brother, Frank DeCesare.

Survived by her cherished husband of 59 years, Giulio Olivito; two loving sons, Geno (Jess) Olivito and Anthony (Angela) Olivito; adored grandchildren, Nicholas, Giuliana, Luca, Sofia and Luciana Olivito; a brother, Joseph (late Eleanor) DeCesare; and sister-in-law, Eva DeCesare. Numerous other cherished family members also survive. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Kidney Cancer Association in Nancy's name would be greatly appreciated.

Services will be held on Monday, January 10, 2022, in the O'Neil Funeral Home chapel 1105 E. 9 ^th St. Lockport, IL 60441 at 10:00am. Interment following services at St. Benedict Catholic Cemetery, Crestwood. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 9, 2022, in the funeral home chapel from 1:00pm until 4:00pm.
