Passed away peacefully on February 17, 2025

Born and raised in Chicago (Bridgeport).  Barbara was an avid book reader, she loved to bake.  She loved to play bingo at the Lockport Moose where she was a member.  She loved birds, especially Cardinals.

Preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Anna Waliczek; aunt, Mary Schultz.

Survived by her beloved husband of 48 years, Patrick J. O'Leary; loving children, Monica (Andrew) Cieslarski, Theodore (Jan) Prati, Tamara (Thomas) Latham, Karl (Karen) Prati, Daniel (Nicole) O'Leary and Brian (Laura) O'Leary;  many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Lucille (late Walter) Skoczylas; many nieces and nephews
