Charlene Bailey

Age 84, late of Lockport passed away peacefully, on Sunday, April 20, 2025. Born and raised in Chicago and a resident of Lockport since 1965. Member of St. John Lutheran Church, Joliet and Lockport Women's Club. Charlene was deeply spiritual, and her faith was a guiding light.  She was a kind and loving soul and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Bailey (2008); and her one and only cherished daughter, Kelly K. Bailey (2013); her parents, Charles and Helen (Nee Harmon) Stewart; and a brother, Charles Bailey.

Cremation Rites have been respectfully addressed.

A Memorial Service will be held at St. John Lutheran Church, 2650 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435, on Friday, May 9, 2025, at 10:00am.
