Christopher D. "Chris" Young

Age 55, late of Lockport passed away peacefully at home on Friday, April 22, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. Chris enjoyed riding quads and motorcycles. He thoroughly cherished spending time with his children and family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him

Preceded in death by his father, Donald Young; his mother, Penelope (Nee: Jacobs) Keck; a brother, Michael Young; and his mother-in-law, Bonnie Montori.

Survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Jeanine (Nee: Montori); two devoted children, Christopher Young Jr., and Danielle Young; one adored granddaughter, Kyrra Seranno; two brothers, Donald Young, and Darrin (Marie) Young; three sisters, Vicky Young, Terri (Brian) Thibodeaux, and Margie (Jason Meudt) Young; step father, Edgar Keck; father-in-law, James Montori; his devoted nieces and nephews, Vincent, Brandon, John, Aaron, Donald, Kevin, Kyle, Jennifer, Jessica, Frank, Taylor, and Sam; numerous other cherished family members and friends also survive.

Services will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022, in the O'Neil Funeral Home chapel 1105 E. 9 ^th St. Lockport, IL 60441 at 10:00am. Interment following services at Resurrection Cemetery, Romeoville, IL.

Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday, April 29, 2022, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
