Dan Dombkowski

Age 74, late of Homer Glen passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. Born in Chicago, raised in Cicero, and a resident of Homer Glen since 1978. Dan loved vacationing to Disney World and was an avid Chicago White Sox and Chicago Bears fan. Above all else he cherished spending time with his family, especially his four cherished grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his beloved son, Michael Dombkowski (2003); and his parents, George and Loretta (Nee Szapielak) Dombkowski.

Survived by his devoted wife of 46 years, Jenny (Nee Brander) Dombkowski; two loving daughters, Michele (Josh) Lane, and Rebecca (Lucas) Madsen-McGann; four adored grandchildren, Brayden Lane, Zander Lane, Kenzie Lane, Emma Madsen-McGann; one brother, Gene King; and two sisters, Maxine (Scott) Grigg, and Lynn (late Brian) Belenske.

Cremation Rites have been respectfully addressed.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Monday, July 31, 2023, in the O'Neil Funeral Home Chapel 1105 E. 9th St. Lockport, IL 60441, from 4:00pm until Eulogies shared at 7:00pm.
