Daniel P. "Dan" Wilson

Age 69, late of Lockport passed away peacefully at home Sunday, February 11, 2024. Retired from the BNSF Railroad after 40 years of dedicated service. An avid NASCAR fan. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and dear friend, he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Preceded in death by his beloved son, Brandon Wilson; parents, Richard and Ramona (Nee Casey) Wilson; and one brother, Rick Wilson.

Survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Carol (Nee Zambuto) Wilson; his children, Damen Wilson, and Dawn Coronel; his step children, Jenny Booth, Angela Riccelli, and Jennifer Riccelli; three brothers, Shawn (Sharon) Wilson, James (Kim) Wilson, and Patrick (Marianne) Wilson; three sisters, Sheila (Neil) Lage, Lisa (Jim) Leathers, Kathleen (Gary) Wilson; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews , and cherished family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024, in the O'Neil Funeral Home Chapel 1105 E. 9th St. Lockport, IL 60441 from 9:00am until time of Prayer Service at 11:00am. Following prayers interment will be held at Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park.
