Delores N. Deraitus

Age 83, late of Lockport passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 26, 2021. Delores was born and raised in Birchwood, WI, lived in Chicago for many years and a resident of Lockport for the past 10 years. She was a bartender for 25 years where she really enjoyed meeting new people and making their days better. Delores loved the outdoors, watching the deer, spending time with her dogs, enjoyed wordsearches, walking outside, but above all else she cherished her loving family.

Preceded in death by her parents, William and Frances (Nee Daraska); and two brothers, June and Richard Deraitus.

Survived by her devoted daughters, Verna (Erico) Santiago and Francine Rimnac; devoted companion, Robert Garcia; four cherished grandchildren, Anthony and Ian Stelmaszek and Jessica and Frankie Rimnac Jr.; one great-granddaughter, Lilith Stelmaszek; four brothers, Edward (Emmy), Stanley (Barb), Raymond and Ronald (late Sandra) Deraitus; one sister, Valentina (late Nick) Skrabutenas; and numerous other cherished family members and friends also survive.

Cremation rites have been respectfully addressed.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Woodlawn Cemetery, Woodlawn Rd. Birchwood, WI at 10:00am.
