Dearest Step-Mother of Kevin Eagan, Lisa (Steve) Gries and Mario (Kindell) Eagan and Step-Grandmother of Nicole, Stephen and Corporal Luke Gries, Shane (Jessica) Eagan, Chase Eagan and the late Damian Eagan

Devoted Daughter of the late Gilbert Hunkel and the late Leona (nee Krenzke) Hunkel

Dolly had her BA from the University of Wisconsin and her Masters from the University of Chicago.  Dolly was an English teacher for the following high schools; Crete-Monee, Peotone, Joliet East and Joliet West.  She was also a real estate broker and tax consultant and taught Brokering and Real Estate Licensing in the State of Illinois.

She was a member of the Illinois Retired Teachers Association (IRTA) and was a former member of Mainstreet Realtors Association.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Dolores J. Eagan may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org)

Visitation Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at O'Neil Funeral Home 1105 E. 9th ST., Lockport, IL.

Private Funeral and Burial will be held on Monday, August 16, 2021 with only her immediate family in attendance.
