Edward C."Eddie" Greene

Age 53, late of Lockport passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022. Born in Evergreen Park, raised in Hickory Hills, and a resident of Lockport for over 25 years. He was an avid golfer, and sports fan, enjoyed fishing, and grilling. Above all else he cherished spending time with his family and friends.

Preceded in death by his parents, John and Dorothy (Nee: Bailey) Greene; and one sister, Debbie O'Leary.

Survived by his devoted wife of 21 years, Kristine (Nee: Higgins) Greene; two cherished children, Edward Greene, and Amanda Greene; two brothers, John Greene, and Tom Greene; four sisters, Jackie (Joe) Bellettiere, Pam (Ray) Maynard, Sheila (Chris) Kurt, and Jill (Jay) Piotrowski; and numerous other cherished family members and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Greene family which will be donated to various local charities in Edwards name would be greatly appreciated.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2022, in the O'Neil Funeral Home chapel 1105 E. 9th St. Lockport, IL 60441 from 1:00pm until 4:00pm. Following visitation Cremation Rites will be respectfully addressed.
