Evelyn D. Hillier

Age 90, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 18, 2026. Born and raised in Paterson, NJ, lived in Millis, MA for 30 years, south Florida for 25 years, and a resident of Lockport since 2019. Evelyn was a Millis Public School Secretary for 10 years and a realtor for Century 21 in Hopkinton, MA for 5 years, retiring in 1998.  Above all else she cherished spending time with her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Arthur "Art" Hillier; parents, Edward and Anne (nee Kelly) Dooney; siblings, Edward Dooney and Joan Dooney.

Survived by her loving daughter, Kathleen (Alexander) Kaminsky; two grandsons, Ryan (Kathleen) Anningson and Ethan Kaminsky; four great grandchildren, Lucas, Zeke, Makenzie, and Cora Anningson; sister-in-law, Eileen Dooney; many nephews and nieces.

Memorials may be made in Evelyn's name to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital ( DONATE ).

Cremation Rites have been respectfully addressed.

Inurnment at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood will be held at a later date.
