Frances A. "Fran" Trojan

Age 64, late of Lockport passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, October 9, 2022. Born and raised in the Back of Yards neighborhood of Chicago, and a resident of Lockport since 2020. She was a movie buff and had a great passion for old movies. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and grandma Fran. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Preceded in death by her parents, James and Shirley (Nee Robb) Trojan; and a sister, Marie "Tiny" Trojan (1958).

Survived by her devoted husband, Joe Tamas; two loving daughters, Marie (Justin) Abbinante, and Lisa (Erik) Linsner; three adored grandchildren, Victor and Alexis Guerrero, Aubrey Jean Linsner, and baby boy Linsner on the way; five cherished siblings, Debra (Butch) O'Brien, Sharon Lopez, Rebecca (Ron) Tabor, Kimberly (John) Tabor, and Trina Trojan; and her dear friends Jeanette (Paul) Ruszel. Numerous nieces, nephews, and friends also survive.

Cremation Rites have been respectfully addressed.

Memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2022, in the O'Neil Funeral Home Chapel 1105 E. 9 ^th St. Lockport, IL 60441 from 1:00pm until time of Memorial Service at 3:00pm.
