Gary C. Cluff

Age 75, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 9, 2024, with family by his side. Born in Chicago, raised in Evergreen Park, lived in McHenry, and a resident of Orland Park since 2022. Gary and his beloved wife, Patti owned and operated OPS Sales and Service in McHenry for many dedicated years. Laughter was a huge part of Gary's life. Whether it was a family board game, a night out for dinner and a comedy at the theatre or to help get through a rough day. Gary always had a smile on his face, and it was infectious. Anyone who met him couldn't help but be put in a great mood. Gary loved all his grandchildren and did everything in his power to brighten their days. Gary was a huge Chicago sports fan. Nothing brought him greater joy than rooting for the Cubs and whoever was playing against the White Sox. Witnessing the Cubs win the World Series in 2016 was a memory he always cherished. He was a kind and loving soul and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Preceded in death by his wife, Patti (Nee Glenn) Cluff (August 28, 2022); parents, Gordon and Shirley (Nee Skala) Cluff; and one brother-in-law, Frank Glenn.

Survived by his three devoted children, Matthew (Tracy) Cluff, Jason (Kassandra) Cluff, and Zoey Cluff; cherished grandchildren, Tyler, Tori, Collin, Mariah, and Lacey; and a sister-in-law, Dawn Glenn. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer's Association in Gary's name would be greatly appreciated.

Per Gary's wishes Cremation Rites have been respectfully addressed.

A memorial visitation will be held in the O'Neil Funeral Home Chapel 1105 E. 9th St. Lockport, IL 60441 on Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 1:00pm until 4:00pm.
