Joyce was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and wife during her wonderful 83 years of life. She was born & raised in Gideon, Missouri and moved to Michigan during her high school years and met her loving husband, Earnest (Earnie) Tucker. They were married 66 years and had 2 children that she deeply loved and eventually moved to Lockport, Illinois in 1967. Florida became Joyce and Earnie's vacation destination for many years and resulted in their 1st real estate purchase in 1990. Fort Myers Beach, Florida ultimately became her permanent residence at Bayside Estates community for past 23 years.

Outside of being involved with her children, she had successful career as a Real Estate Broker.

Joyce and her husband Earnie loved to travel and took many trips vacationing and eventually owning multiple RV's and traveled across the US and Canada.

She loved Bayside Estates and met lifelong friends and had so many fond memories attending trips, dinner dances, yacht club, woman's club, bocce ball and her favorite being pool activities and her daily golf cart rides. She was a kind, loving soul and will deeply missed by all who knew & loved her.

Preceded in death by her parents, Ted & Irene, and sister Betty Rhoades.

Survived by her devoted husband Earnie Tucker; son Steve (Leesa) Tucker; daughter Kim (Terry) Wallace and 3 dearly loved grandchildren, Brandon Tucker, Katie Tucker & Michael Tucker, and brother Jerry (Mike) Rhoades and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.

Per Joyce's wishes Cremation Rites were respectfully addressed.

Memorial gathering celebrating Joyce's life will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, 11:30am at Bayside Estates Clubhouse 11201 Bayside Lane, Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931. Lunch will be served at 12noon.
