When Kayden was born, he was 7 pounds, 2.5 oz & 20 ½ inches. I just remember him coming into this world with his big eyes wide open. When mommy & I first saw him, we knew we loved him so much & had to protect him forever. Now a couple days go by and we're finally home, Kayden is loving all the attention from close family members and of course his loving dogs. Now it was all about making Kayden comfortable & safe in his new home. Our favorite was cuddling with Kayden until he fell asleep & just loving him so much. Kayden had so many toys even when he was just a baby.
Kayden absolutely loved his swing since the first time we put him in there, he would just rock, smile & laugh until he fell asleep. And once he got a little bit bigger that's when he started picking his head up from laying on his belly and rolling over! He also loved his tummy mate with all the fishy's, lights & music. Then later we finally put him in his jumper, and he didn't jump at first but when he realized how much he can jump and how many light up toys and music there was he would go crazy. As the days went on, we just would watch him grow day by day & do new things every day. It was the greatest feeling ever to watch & help Kayden. This would lead to him trying to crawl around but only using his arms. Then he finally started using his knees & when he did that he was gone. Then a couple months before his birthday he started standing up. And he would take very little steps. Until July 25, 2021, he started walking around all by himself. And just a couple months later he's running around. He was saying mama, dada, gramma, nana, up, hi, & bye.

Kayden loved to run around the house with the dog bowls and throw them around to hear the loud crash! Eventually he realized if he walked up to you and growled, you would pick him up and hold him. He loved to be held. Kayden loved most nursery rhymes, but mostly if your happy and you know it, he loved to clap his hands and stomp his feet. His favorite show to sleep to was Mickey Mouse, he adored the theme song. Along with the Mickey mouse theme song, Kayden could dance along to most songs, he would always just bop his head to almost any song. Kayden was also in love with books, whether he was reading them or having them read to him he would sit and wait until the book was over just so he could clap, but he made sure everyone in the room would clap as well before yelling at you. Some of his favorite books were, I love you Through and Through, Goodnight Clubhouse, Goodnight Biscuit, First 100 words, Bubbles Bubbles, Perfect Pets, In the water, & Paw Patrols Puptacular. He enjoyed books so much he read them in his room, mommy & daddy's room, his playroom, & his bathtub! Kayden enjoyed a vacation to Florida twice, once to Disney, and once to Wisconsin Dells where he loved to splash around the water park. Kayden was 1 ½ and taken way to soon, he learned so much and had so much fun & love in his short time here. We will forever be grateful for having the time & memories we did with our amazing little boy, and we will forever remember & miss him. We all love you so much Kayden!
