A devoted servant of Christ, the warmhearted mother of Thomas, a loving mother-in-law to Janet and nurturing grandmother of Michaela and Ryan. Her testimony as a person spans far past her family; she was a caring friend and an inspiring teacher at Marian Catholic High School for her entire career. She touched and changed the lives of those who surrounded her. Lorron peacefully entered the kingdom of heaven surrounded by her family on Thursday, August 20, 2026.

Preceded in death by her parents, Lorraine (nee Hartman) and John Grady.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Lorron’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated.

Funeral Service will be held in the O’Neil Funeral Home Chapel 1105 E. 9th St. Lockport, IL 60441 on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 10:00am with Deacon Kevin Ryan officiating. Interment following service at Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery, Orland Park, IL.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at the funeral home from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
