Age 73, late of Lockport passed away peacefully at home on Friday, May 20, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. Son of the late, Emilio and Marie (Nee Verniere) Ruffolo; beloved husband of Kathy (Nee Depa) Ruffolo; treasured father to Christopher (Kim Murphy), and Johnathan (Lisa Hughey); adored papa to Jionni, Arianna, and Bria Ruffolo; treasured son-in-law of the late John and Ann Depa. Lou was a cherished brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, cousin, nephew, and dear friend to many.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2022, in the O'Neil Funeral Home chapel 1105 E. 9 ^th St. Lockport, IL 60441 from 2:30pm until time of service at 5:30pm officiated by Pastor Randy Blan of Families of Faith Church, Channahon. Following all services cremation rites will be respectfully addressed.
