"Lou"

Age 47, late of Chicago passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Saturday, July 15, 2023. Born in Sacramento, California, raised in Park Forest, lived in Chicago Heights, Vandalia, St. Louis, Lockport, and a resident of Chicago for the past 5 years. Louis loved Anime, Comicon, Star Wars, and Hockey, especially the Chicago Blackhawks. He loved his cats, lead a very simple life, and cherished spending time with his family. He was a kind and loving soul, will always be remembered as Uncle Lou, and deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Preceded in death by his beloved father, Richard M. Heid (2018); and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Survived by his devoted mother, Pranee (Nee Sompun) Heid of Ramsey, IL.; his loving siblings, Suwadi Ryan of Lockport, Richard M. (Eileen) Heid Jr., of New Jersey, Paul (Angelique) Heid of Michigan; his cherished nieces and nephews, Evelyn (Dan) Sellers, Jacqueline Ryan, John Ryan Jr., Tristan Ryan, Bella Ryan, Ciaran Heid, and Margot Heid; and his faithful companions his cats, Guido, and Poo Ying whom he loved dearly.

Cremation Rites have been respectfully addressed.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2023, in the O'Neil Funeral Home Chapel 1105 E. 9th St., Lockport, IL 60441 from 3:00pm until 6:00pm.
