Lynn Mary Drolet ( Bruce ), 85,  passed away on July 29, 2023 in Bloomington, IL .

She is survived by her four children, Denis ( Julie ) Drolet, Michele ( Tom ) Wait, Renee ( Anthony ) Gliwa , and Aimee ( Bret ) Conklin.  She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.

Lynn was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis P. Drolet , her parents, Melvina Elizabeth Bruce (Hartford) and James W. Bruce, her brother James Bruce, and one son-in -law, Jimmy Larsen.

Lynn was born on June 7, 1938, and grew up in Joliet, IL .  She was a talented dancer, swimmer, and a member of the softball team, The Dirty Dozen. Lynn married Dennis Drolet on September 17, 1960. They raised a family together, living in Portland, OR, Chicago, IL, and Lockport, IL.  In her later years, Lynn loved serving at St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Lockport where she was a Eucharistic Minister and a coordinator for many senior luncheons.

Lynn was most proud of her four children.
