(nee Ahrens)
Late of Lockport. Passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 18, 2024. Born in Joliet on May 1, 1929, raised in Lemont. Retired operator for Illinois Bell.
Preceded in death by her parents, John and Anna Ahrens and her beloved husband, James Mahar.
Survived by her loving brother, John "Jack" (Gail) Ahrens; nieces, Amy (Jeff) Rutter and Beth Ahrens and nephew, Drew Ahrens; great-nieces, Jena McKinnon and Jamie Calandriello.
