Monica M. Mollandin (nee Szklarski)

Age 72, late of Oak Park, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, October 11, 2024.  Born in Toronto, Canada, lived in Germany, moved to the United States, where she lived in Chicago, and Oak Park for most of her life.  She was a Nurse for many dedicated years. An avid collector, she loved shopping, but above all else cherished spending time with her family.

Preceded in by her son, Benjamin Mollandin; and her parents, Leon and Gertrude (nee Heister) Szklarski

Survived by her loving son, Erik (Tara) Mollandin; two grandchildren, Alexander Mollandin and Vivian Mollandin; and one brother, John (Pam) Szklarski.

Cremation Rites have been respectfully addressed.
