Age 86 late of Cabot, AR., passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 4, 2021. Patricia was employed by the Will County Sheriff Department for 14 years retiring in 2000 and was a Secretary at St. Dennis School for seven dedicated years. Member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church, Jacksonville, AR and former member of St. Dennis Church, Lockport.

Preceded in death by her parents, Francis Sr. and Lucille (Nee Gosch) Kirby; and two brothers, Francis Jr. and James Kirby.

Survived by her loving husband, John Howard Sr.; sons, John Jr.(Laurie) , William Sr. (Linda), Patrick (Loretta), Andrew (Patti) Howard; one daughter, Julie (Vince) Kozlowski; a sister, Jeanne Davy; 14 grandchildren, John III, Peter, Laurie Beth, William Jr., Matthew, Daniel, Patrick, Connor, Michael, Justin, Allison, Vincent, Maxwell and William; seven great grandchildren, Hudson, Hadley, Landon, Lydia, Levi, Ruth Anne and Magdalene. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Patricia's name would be greatly appreciated.

Services will be held at 9:30am on Monday September 13, 2021, in the O'Neil Funeral Home chapel 1105 E. 9 ^th St., Lockport, IL 60441 to St. Dennis Church, Lockport for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.

Visitation Sunday September 12, 2021, in the funeral home from 2:00pm until 6:00pm.
