Ronald B. Hinchley, 89

USMC Korean War Veteran

Passed away peacefully July 17, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.  Longtime Chicago resident, Lockport resident the last 20 years.  Ron encouraged a love of trying different foods, learning about different cultures, keeping an open mind, everything in moderation and to go slow. Most of all he cherished his time with his family and will be missed by all who knew him.

Preceded in death by his parents, James and Eileen; his beloved wife of 60 years, Barbara (nee Sandoz)

Survived by his loving children, Karen (Michael) Perillo, Bob (Mary) Hinchley and Steven (Viki) Hinchley; grandchildren, Luke (fiance, Claire), Nicole, Marisa (Arnas), Ian, Kristyna (Trevor), Matthew, Benjamin, Rachel, Carly and Jacob; brothers, Bill (Mary), John and Jim; numerous nieces, nephews and longtime friends.
