Theresa M. Cunnane- Slager

Age 51, late of Lockport passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 10, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Chicago, lived in Orland Hills and a resident of Lockport for the past 17 years. A 1989 graduate of Andrew High School and received her Associates Degree in Business Management from Moraine Valley Community College. Theresa loved horses, dogs and had a passion for all animals. She enjoyed spending time outdoors and listening to country music. She was a loving daughter, sister, girlfriend, and an amazing aunt to her niece and nephews. She was a kind and loving soul, was always giving to everyone in life and will continue giving and helping people in need even after death by the gift of donation to Gift Of Hope.

Survived by her devoted parents, Thomas and Kathleen (Nee: Rush) Cunnane; two cherished brothers, Joseph (Jennifer) Cunnane of Lockport, and Emmett (Stephanie) Cunnane of Chicago; four nephews, Thomas, Liam, Ryan, and Colin Cunnane; and one niece, Fiana Cunnane; and her loving boyfriend, Chris Halper of Lockport. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends also survive. In lieu of flowers, memorials to TLC Animal Shelter in Theresa's name would be greatly appreciated.

Cremation rites have been respectfully addressed.

A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, March 14, 2022, in the O'Neil Funeral Home chapel 1105 E. 9 ^th St., Lockport, IL 60441 from 3:00pm until time of memorial service at 7:30pm.
