Thomas J. Zmucki Sr.

"Tom"

Age 79 late of Dyer, Indiana passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at the Lightways Hospice Home, Joliet, IL. Employed as an X-Ray Technician at Michael Reese Hospital, Chicago for many dedicated years.

Preceded in death by his father, Bruno Zmucki; his mother, Gertrude (Harry) Trojanowski; a son, Terry Zmucki; and a granddaughter, Lauren Zmucki.

Survived by his loving and devoted wife of 58 years, Ilene A. (Nee: Widstrom) Zmucki; two sons, Thomas Zmucki Jr. and Timothy (Andrea) Zmucki; three adored grandchildren, Julia and Brooke Zmucki and Zachary Zmucki; one brother, Tony Zmucki; a sister, Yvonne (late Edward) Tulk; stepbrother, Jerry (late Susan) Trojanowski; and numerous other cherished family members also survive. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Lightways Hospice 250 Waterstone Circle, Joliet, IL in Tom's name would be greatly appreciated.

Following all services cremation rites will be respectfully addressed.

Funeral Service Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 10:00am in the O'Neil Funeral Home chapel 1105 E. 9 ^th St., Lockport, IL., 60441.

Visitation, Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at the funeral home from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
