Walter C. Krakowsky

Age 72, late of Lockport passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Palos Hills and living in Lockport since 1994.

Preceded in death by his beloved son, James "Jimmy" Utosh; his parents, John and Mable (Nee Trebesch) Krakowsky; and three sisters, Frances Brackins, Mary Nagle, and Mable Kwilinski.

Survived by his loving and devoted wife, Roberta (Nee Hamilton) Krakowsky; four children, Betty Hamilton, Walter (Jessica) Krakowsky, Deanna (Scott) Drexel, and Charles Hauhe; five grandchildren, Hanah Drexel, Tony Formella, Bobby Jean Formella, Sienna Krakowsky, and Gabe Krakowsky; four great grandchildren, Angel, Arianna, Jordan, and Evan; two sisters, Madelyn (Hank) Therin, and Diane (Joe) McCord; one brother, John Krakowsky; and numerous nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, friends, and other cherished family members and friends also survive.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 10, 2023, in the O'Neil Funeral Home Chapel 1105 E. 9 ^th St., Lockport, IL 60441 from 4:00pm until time of Funeral Service at 7:00pm. Following Service Cremation Rites will be respectfully addressed.
